In difficult times such as these, it can be helpful to take some time to pause, breathe, and take care of yourself. Meditation practice can help us meet what is going on in our lives with more awareness and compassion. Back by popular demand, Emily Herzlin (CAS ’08) will guide alumni through different forms of meditation such as deep breathing, body relaxation, self-compassion, and gentle stretching. Open to all levels of experience.
