Alessandra Vigo is a post-doctoral Research Fellow in Contemporary History at the University of Padua, and a Fall 2022 Remarque Fellow. She is currently studying African decolonization long-term memorial and narrative results in Republican Italy through the experiences of Italian repatriations from Africa.
