She is founding member and past Director of System-Psycho Dynamic Studies at IPTAR (Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research). Her Board memberships include the AKRice Institute for the Study of Groups and Organizations where she is an Emeritus Fellow, the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations, where she is a Distinguished Member, and the William Alanson White Psychoanalytic Society.
