NYU Linguistics hosted Diachronic Generative Syntax (DiGS) 23, in hybrid conference format on June 8-10, 2022. We had a special workshop on the role of child learning in syntactic change. We welcomed speakers and attendees into the Linguistics Department from other states, Canada, and many countries in Europe! The conference was organized by faculty Ailis Cournane & Gary Thoms, with help from PhD students Kaustubh Ghoshal and Ross Rauber, and amazing volunteering from Guy Tabachnick and Cara Leong!
