In the Name of Peace: John Hume in America (directed by Dr. Maurice Fitzpatrick) chronicles Hume’s approach to politics in Northern Ireland in co-ordination with senior political figures in the U.S., and includes wide-ranging interviews with Presidents Clinton and Carter, British Prime Minsters John Major and Tony Blair, as well as many U.S. Senators and Representatives and Irish leaders. Narrated by Liam Neeson, and with musical score by Bill Whelan. Screening at NYU's Cantor Film Center.
