Effective communication and feedback about performance are critical to the success of every employee in Arts & Science and to the success of the University overall. While we expect ongoing dialogue surrounding performance between employees and their managers/supervisors throughout the year, Arts & Science will be establishing a goal setting process to help set expectations and facilitate these conversations.
Arts & Science HR is excited to announce the launch of a paperless performance communication process, beginning with the online goal setting for all administrators, clerical and technical employees in PeopleSync on October 9, 2023. Goals should be entered in PeopleSync no later than Friday, December 22, 2023.

Optional mid-year reviews will be launched in January/February 2024, and mandatory year-end evaluations will launch in May/June 2024 to assess employees' performance throughout the year.
