Effective communication and feedback about performance are critical to the success of every employee and to the success of Arts and Science overall. At its core, performance communication is an ongoing dialogue between employees and their managers/supervisors that fosters an environment of continuous feedback and professional development.
An optional mid-year evaluation should be conducted by Monday, February 14, 2022, and a final year-end evaluation should be conducted by Friday, June 3, 2022 to assess the employee’s performance throughout the year. Goals for the upcoming AY 2023 should be finalized by Friday, September 30, 2022.
