Effective communication and feedback about performance are critical to the success of every employee and to the success of Arts and Science overall. At its core, performance communication is an ongoing dialogue between employees and their managers/supervisors that fosters an environment of continuous feedback and professional development.
An optional mid-year evaluation should be conducted by Friday, January 22, 2021, and a final year-end evaluation should be conducted by Friday, June 18, 2021 to assess the employee’s performance throughout the year. Goals for the upcoming AY 2022 should be finalized by Thursday, September 30, 2021.
