RECRUITMENT AND HIRING
Review and revise job descriptions in conjunction with department administration
Develop strategies to encourage a broad and diverse pool of applicants
Post employment opportunities, screen and interview applicants, and recommend candidates for employment
Conduct reference checks, make offers of employment, and provide offer letters

ONBOARDING AND ORIENTATION
Assist with the onboarding process, including completing new hire tasks in PeopleSync
Provide new employees with a general orientation to Arts & Science, as well as NYU*
*Departments and programs should conduct their own onboarding process, which includes providing job training to employees throughout their employment.

LEAVE OF ABSENCE ADMINISTRATION/ ACCOMMODATIONS
Facilitate leaves of absence process
