- PeopleSync: NYU's HR, Payroll, and Time and Absence system; PeopleSync may be used to update your personal and contact information, manage direct deposit information and withholding allowances, and view your payslips; PeopleSync is also used to track hours worked (clerical and technical employees) and absence/paid time off (administrators, clerical and technical employees).

- iLearn: NYU’s online training system that provides full-time and part-time employees with access to online courses and resources, registration for classroom-based courses, and your current training record

- JDXpert (Job Description System): NYU’s job description system, allows administrators and staff to view a copy of their job description. Managers may also use JDX to view job descriptions for their employees.

Student Information Systems
- Arts & Science Information System (OASIS): Database system with a web-based interface that includes information on planned courses, instructors and students. The system also includes curriculum, financial aid and faculty information.
- Request access by emailing the A&S Office of Institutional Research and Information Systems (oasis-group@nyu.edu); training will be provided once access is granted.
- Albert PeopleSoft/Slate: Albert is the portal to NYU’s student information system (SIS). Each department/program has an Authorized Account Requester, who may submit a request for access to Albert SIS on your behalf.

Grant/Research Administration Systems
- Cayuse: is NYU’s system to support the submission of proposals to external sponsors. It allows for management of the proposal submission and award process and provides a framework for tracking and reporting on sponsored project activities.
