In light of recent articles published by the Washington Square News and the New York Times examining food insecurity among college students, the Department of History staff has been brainstorming ways to meaningfully support NYU students with limited or uncertain access to food.
As an initial and immediate way to be supportive, the department made food available to students in our faculty lounge. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have temporarily closed our food pantry table. We will update this page as soon as we are able to reopen that resource.
