I have applied organizational psychology, statistical methods, and computer science in areas such as succession planning, executive assessment and development, selection testing, employee opinion surveys, appraisal, compensation, benefits, change management, recruiting and employee relations. Multidimensional scaling and the nature of underlying structure in data has also been a focus in my research work.
