My career and research interests have focused on assessment validation and measurement of individuals and organizations. I now focus on machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) applications in industrial and organizational psychology. More specifically, I work with an NYU-Tandon team that is exploring knowledge workers, career paths, and job taxonomies using ML and NLP. ML and NLP offer the possibility of replacing traditional job taxonomies and competency models with AI driven systems. The research will provide solutions that are critical to a wide range of human capital applications.
