Dr. Michael Mance is a clinical psychologist, completing his PhD in 2008 at Long Island University-Brooklyn Campus. He received his Master Degree in Psychology from The New School, and his undergraduate honors degree in Psychology from SUNY Buffalo.
In addition to being a certified school psychologist, Dr. Mance holds post doctoral certifications in group therapy, and individual psychoanalysis. Prior to beginning his private practice, Dr. Mance served as the director of behavioral psychology at several child/adolescent treatment programs. In addition Dr. Mance also serves as a clinical consultant to doctoral students at both Pace University and Yeshiva University.
Dr. Mance pursues numerous clinical interests. Most recently he writes and thinks about philosophy of science, data analytics, and intergenerational transmission of trauma.
