Mayumi Matsumoto is a Language Lecturer in Japanese language. She graduated from Doshisha University with a Bachelor's of Letters in English language in 2005. In 2010 she completed an M.A. in Japanese Language Pedagogy at Columbia University. Before coming to NYU in 2014, she taught at Columbia University, Fashion Institute of Technology, Rutgers University, The New School, and Japan Society. She currently teaches courses in Japanese language.
