Jared Weintraub is a Manager of People Analytics and Reporting at Deloitte LLP, where he focuses on defining, measuring, and improving talent experience for Deloitte professionals. His team is also responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing rigorous measurement and evaluation plans to glean insights and provide recommendations that drive improvements for organizational initiatives affecting thousands of employees worldwide.
Jared holds a doctorate in Applied Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He is also the founder of The Flow Group, LLC., an organizational and business development firm that works with individuals and companies to create and maintain happy, healthy, and productive workplaces. Jared has over a decade of experience working with all levels of organizations, across various industries, ranging from rapid-growth startups to Fortune 100 companies. He has provided internal and external consulting, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams.
Jared is a published research-practitioner whose research primarily focuses on Flow Theory - how, when, and why individuals, teams, and organizations can get into “the Zone.” Most recently, this research has explored how we can use technology-based “nudge” solutions to drive behavioral changes which facilitate optimal states at work. He is a member of the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and a board member of the New York Metropolitan Association of Applied Psychology (METRO). Jared is also a Review Editor on the Editorial Board of Positive Psychology, a specialty section of Frontiers in Psychology. Jared is an Adjunct Professor at New York University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, where he teaches Training in Organizations.
