Hananosuke Takimoto is a sound artist, an experience designer, and an engineer born and raised in Yokohama, Japan. He studied media arts and technologies at Keio University at the Faculty of Environment and Information Studies, where he earned a B.A. degree in 2018, under the advisement of Professor Iwatake Toru and Professor Wakita Akira. Designing not only people's conscious but also unconscious by combining cutting-edge digital technologies and analog craft skills, he creates immersive experiences. His works vary widely from generative dance to static installations or even products such as "XHIASMA"(2017, Tokyo), "Scenary"(2018, Tokyo), "Qux Analog Synthesizers"(2018). He has also been trying to establish a sustainable ecosystem for makers as a founder of analog synthesizer maker's group, "Qux" (https://blog.qux-jp.com).
