Monica Dupuy is a storyteller in every sense of the word -- from screenwriting to creative fiction writing to filmmaking. Monica holds a B.A. in Cinema and Media Studies from University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts. Monica is passionate about the dynamic relationship between storytelling and its ability to spark social change. In NYU's XE program, Monica's work centers on tracing the intersection of feminism, mental health, and education, and the impact in which these factors play into the making of an identity. Her work is both academic and creative, with critical theory laying the foundation for her writing and filmmaking.
