What is one piece of advice you would give to someone regarding professional development?
My advice would be to stay persistent and remain positive. Job hunting is a long, slow, arduous, and demoralizing process, but to quote Churchill: “If you’re going through Hell, keep going.” Keep applying, keep searching, and don’t despair, because others will pick up on your negative attitude when you need to convince them how wonderful an asset you are.
