Les Femmes Fidèles is the portrait of two practicing, young Muslim women in Paris today, and the story of their experiences in a climate fraught with political and religious tension. Hajar, a second generation French/Moroccan journalist, and Manon, a white French convert and student, express their faith differently. Both face a rigid cultural context saturated with questions of race, identity, and discrimination.
