Students with interest in Jewish history and culture, Israel, or the Middle East who are looking for ways to combine their interest with preparation for careers in high tech, the business world, or international affairs are invited to apply for NYU's Innovation Scholarship.
Eligibilty: To be eligible, applicants must have declared a major or minor in Hebrew and Judaic Studies at the time of the application. At Tel Aviv, they will be expected to take Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Israel - MGMT-UB 9087. Students may take an additional business course if desired along with courses in Hebrew and Judaic Studies. Students are highly encouraged to participate in an internship connected to Innovations in Israel which can be arranged by the Internship Coordinator at NYU Tel Aviv.
Amount: Program participants will receive a special scholarship of $5,000 toward their semester in Tel Aviv. Students who complete a major in Hebrew and Judaic Studies will receive an additional $5,000 scholarship during their final semester at NYU.
