Nadège Moray is a French student with Lebanese roots. She has a diverse educational background, with training in literature, philosophy, history, statistics, anthropology and social sciences. During her master's studies in social sciences at both the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales and the École Normale Supérieure in Paris, she studied medical and statistical narratives of death. She conducted an ethnography of emigration from a North village in Lebanon to complete her masters' thesis. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD at New York University within the Institute of French studies and the Department of French literature, thought and culture. Her doctoral research revolves around Yellow Vest Women's narratives in relation to gender, culture and politics.
