What is needed to sustain spaces and cultures where one does not have to risk deportation to be vocally critical of immigration policy? What is the activist potential of translation, publication, editing, writing, reading and interpreting in the context of immigration justice? What role can universities play in creating sanctuary? Feel free to bring your own questions too, though no preparation is required! There will be drinks and snacks.
