Dr. Ku In Kim is a Korean language lecturer and researcher in Korean Studies. She completed her Ph.D. in 2021 in Korean language Pedagogy at Ewha Womans University in Korea. Since 2018 she has worked as a Korean lecturer at University of Sheffield. In addition to a varied teaching career in universities in Korea and Hong Kong, she also worked as a translator and published “Korean for Overseas Koreans (English)” by the Ministry of Education of Korea. Her research involves intercultural competence in Korean language and how these can be acquired and implemented in Korean language pedagogy.
