Jiyoung Lee received her Ph.D. in Education of Korean as a Foreign Language from Pusan National University. She has studied the Analysis of Cultural Needs of Foreign Learners and Developments of Teaching Principles and Cultural Syllabus and Materials for Korean Teaching. She has earned the certificate of Korean Language Teacher and is experienced in teaching college students and Korean Americans at the Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. Jiyoung was appointed as a Korean instructor of King Sejong Institute and was dispatched to the Unicorn University in Indonesia to teach Korean language and culture. She also has experience in teaching Korean language at Youngsan University. Currently, she is a Korean instructor at the Korean School of New Jersey and the State University of New Jersey (Rutgers).
