Jing received her M.A. in TESOL and Teaching Chinese as a Second Language from NYU. She has always had a deep interest in Chinese history, language, and culture, and believes that language education and cultural awareness brings people together and promotes understanding and diversity in a global community. It is through this belief that she founded Shining Future Global Education, an educational nonprofit whose work revolves around language education and cultural exchanges. She has previously secured funding for the Rainbow Bridge Initiative which provided full scholarships to Chinese and American college students to engage in cultural exchange programs. Her teaching experience includes appointments at NYU Shanghai and Shining Future’s Language and Culture Programs.
