At the Japanese Table event, students who are learning Japanese enjoy conversing with other students who are learning Japanese. The target audience is Japanese language learners (including self-study). There is also time for activities such as traditional games, karaoke, calligraphy, origami, and presentations on Japanese culture (given by the student coordinator). Usually, the first 30 minutes is used for free conversation on any topic (small groups are formed according to students' Japanese language level), and the last 30 minutes are used for activities.
