If you are interested in learning more about Korean culture, join us for our Pink Workshop!
This year's session aims to look at youth culture in the contemporary Korean context and how theatre – particularly Theatre for Young Audiences – attempts to engage with and respond to it by interacting with young people through diverse collaborative projects. Paying attention to the notion of adolescents (Cheongsonyeon in Korean) and its implications to the socio-cultural context of Korea, it will illustrate some cases of Theatre for Young Audiences, which explore ways to connect with the perceptions of Korean adolescents in the creative process of making theatre.
RSVP Today! Open to all NYU affiliates and the public.
This event is co-presented by NYU's Department of East Asian Studies and The Korean Cultural Center New York.
