About Kihachiro Nishiura:
Kihachiro Nishiura was born in 1970 in Tokyo, Japan. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Gelogical Sciences and his Master's Degree in Geophysics from Ohio University. He is currently the Chief Director of Non-Profit Organization Washinbunnkakouryuukai and is also a Board member of the Japan-Bulgaria Society.
He has won many awards including the Fine Work Prize for Calligraphy in the CHUUNICHI Newspaper Tournament and the Excellent Prize for Calligraphy in the annual DAITOUBUNNKA university tournament. Some of his main collections are displayed at the National Ethnographic Museum in Budapest, Hungary and in the Japanese Embassy in the Republic of Hungary.
