Deborah Landau teaches in and directs the NYU Creative Writing Program. She is the author of four collections of poetry: Soft Targets, The Uses of the Body, and The Last Usable Hour, all Lannan Literary Selections from Copper Canyon Press, and Orchidelirium, selected by Naomi Shihab Nye for the Robert Dana Anhinga Prize for Poetry. In 2016 she was awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship.
Matthew Zapruder is the author of five collections of poetry, most recently Father’s Day, new from Copper Canyon in September. His other books include the poetry collection Come On All You Ghosts, a New York Times Notable Book of the Year and Why Poetry, a book of prose. An associate professor in the MFA program at Saint Mary’s College of California, he is also editor at large at Wave Books.
