On November 1, 2018, Bart Kahr participated in the Kurt M. Mislow Memorial Symposium at Princeton University. The event celebrated the life, science and legacy of the late Kurt Mislow, the Hugh Stott Taylor Professor of Chemistry Emeritus at Princeton University and a pioneer in the theory of modern stereochemistry. Professor Kahr, who was a doctoral student in Mislow's lab, was one of eight distinguished chemists invited to speak, with three Nobel Laureates among them.
