The Scientist Magazine conducts an annual competition to name the top 10 innovations in the life sciences. This year our own Genomics Core Manager, Tara Rock, was asked to be on the judging panel along with other esteemed colleagues in the science field. She had the opportunity to read and learn about exciting new products and technologies that just hit the market or have not even come out yet. The technologies range from updates in sequencing technologies to imaging technologies to 3-D tissue models.
