David Gresham has published a gold standard yeast gene regulatory network (GRN) in a study led by Alexander Statnikov at the NYU School of Medicine. By integrating gene expression and transcription factor binding data the authors defined a gene regulatory network for benchmarking GRN prediction algorithms.
