Systems Biology
PREREQUISITES: V23.0021, V23.0022, & V23.0038 FOR UNDERGRADS; BIOCORE I AND II FOR GRAD STUDENTS.
Topics cover a wide range of genomics techniques, ranging from genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, interactomics, translatomics, to genome-wide association studies and “chromatinomics.” Emphasis is placed on possibilities opened by experimental techniques, fundamental approaches to data analysis, and interpretation of the results with respect to their scope and limitations. The course does not involve programming.
