The Anthropology Department encourages undergraduate students to pursue original research projects in any of Anthropology's four sub-fields, and to consider submitting an article based on this research to one of the three journals currently available to NYU undergraduates (see below). Articles submitted will be peer-reviewed. The subject matter is open, and projects can be based on honors theses, independent study courses, or internships.
UM: Undergraduate Journal of Anthropology
The University of Michigan Undergraduate Journal of Anthropology is a new journal focused on showcasing the best work produced by undergraduates in all four fields of the discipline.
We are currently accepting submissions from universities across the United States.

According to their website, the Journal of Politics and International Affairs at NYU is "a student-run publication that provides a forum for outstanding student work on relevant, thought-provoking topics in the domestic and international political landscape, including political science, economics, history, and journalism. We firmly believe that the student works published by the Journal have been legitimate and valued contributions the intellectual growth of students at New York University and of students nationwide."
