I completed my undergraduate work at the George Washington University majoring in both archaeology and classical studies. I have worked on excavations and surveys in Belize, Turkey, and India and have worked on ceramic materials from India, Pakistan, and Oman.
My research looks at the connection between cultural identity and technological practices within the Indus Civilization. Primarily through the study of ceramic materials and the use of microscopic methods, my work aims to gain a deeper understanding of the negotiations made by regional groups in constructing cultural boundaries with large scale economic and social networks.
