My current interests are a series of anthropological murder mysteries: The Gift of a Bride explores an arranged marriage and subsequent murder among a community of Indian immigrants in New York; Assisted Dying: An Ethnographic Murder Mystery on Florida's Gold Coast examines life, death, and the American Dream through a series of medical murders (Altamira Press).
