Amy Lasater-Wille is a practicing anthropologist who specializes in applying anthropological perspectives to both qualitative and quantitative methodologies in corporate research. She also teaches in NYU's School of Professional Studies, Division of Business. In her academic work, Dr. Lasater-Wille focuses on the cultural significance of culinary education in Lima, Peru. In her applied work she draws on this expertise to consult for a wide variety of food and nutrition companies as well as clients in media, retail, and fashion.
