Integrative systems biology, quantitative proteomics, dynamic systems, translation regulation, stress response, protein evolution
Our research revolves around proteins, their properties and expression regulation in response to environmental stress. Our lab integrates statistical and computational tools, sequencing, large-scale quantitative mass spectrometry, and molecular biology techniques to study the dynamics of the cellular proteome.
