First, please make sure you are in Edit mode. On the upper right corner, check to see if Edit button is highlighted. If not, switch to Edit mode and you should be able to edit any components.
If you are already in Edit mode and nothing happens when you click on any components, you should reload the page once. If the problem still continues, please contact as.communication@nyu.edu.
If you're having difficulty drag and drop component(s) to a specific location, try to utilize the Insert New Component function by double click on a Parasys (eg. Drag component here box). This will list all available components that you can add to that specific location.
If you try to drag and drop a component to a specific location and the Parasys does not highlight in blue, that means the component is not allowed at that location.
If you're trying to remove a component but you're not seeing the Delete option (Trash Bin icon) in the Edit Bar, it's very likely that the component is part of the template design and it is not removable. Your only option is to unconfigure it.
