Add/edit the social media link on the landing page

A global social media link component is built into the Department Landing template. It will display the social media link(s) at the upper right corner, above the main navigation. The configured social media component will be displayed on all child pages.

Step by step guide

To add a social media link to the department page, please follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to the landing page of the academic unit, and then open/edit the page
  2. Click on Page Information icon at the upper left corner, next to the Toggle Side Panel button
  3. Click on Open Properties
  4. Switch to Department Landing tab on the right
  5. Scroll down to Social Media Links
  6. Click on the + icon to add new social media
  7. Select the social media platform in Type field, and then fill in the Link URL.
  8. Click Done icon (check mark) to save, or repeat steps 6-7 if need to add more link.
