Congratulations to the recipients of the NYU College of Arts and Science Teaching Awards for 2019! Professor Marcus Weck has received a Golden Dozen Teaching Award and doctoral student Gordon Brown has received an Outstanding Teaching Award. Another Golden Dozen winner this year is Trace Jordan, Clinical Professor and Director of the Foundations for Scientific Inquiry in the Core Curriculum, and good friend of the Department of Chemistry. Nominated for these honors by a multitude of current students, alumni and colleagues, Marcus, Trace and Gordy will be acknowledged at the College’s Baccalaureate Ceremonies at Radio City Music Hall on Tuesday, May 21, with their fellow Golden Dozen recipients, and recognized at the Department of Chemistry Graduation Ceremony on May 20 as well. Kudos to Marcus and Gordy, and Trace too!
