Alliance for Diversity in Science in Engineering, NYU Chapter. An inclusive network with a mission to increase participation of underrepresented groups in academia, industry and government. Contact here
NYU Blackademics. A coalition of Black graduate students in NYU Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
NYU Proud to be First program, College of Arts and Sciences. A program designed to support first-generation students in making a successful transition to CAS and NYU while cultivating investment and engagement in the College and University communities.
Pathways to the PhD program, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. A program supporting GSAS Master’s students from groups currently underrepresented in their fields, who are interested in doctoral studies. Designed to facilitate the development of a cross-disciplinary cohort and community by offering a forum wherein students can further develop the skills and experiences necessary to join and succeed in a PhD program.
SACNAS, NYU Chapter. Local chapter of the Society for the Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS), an organization geared toward empowering people of Latino(a/x) and Native American descent in the sciences.
