Duncan Kelly is a Reader in Political Thought for the Department of Politics and International Studies at Jesus College, Cambridge. His interests include intellectual history and the history of modern political thought; various issues in political theory, particularly ideas of freedom, the passions, representation and judgement. He holds a B.A. from Glasgow Caledonian University, an M.A. from York, and a Ph.D. from the University of Sheffield.
