Anna Wilking holds a PhD in cultural anthropology from NYU. Her dissertation examined female-identified sex workers in Ecuador who worked on the streets of Quito's redlight district. She earned her LMSW in clinical social work and now works as a therapist at an outpatient substance abuse clinic, specializing in couples and family therapy. Anna is also a documentary filmmaker and writer based in Brooklyn, NY. She teaches sex and gender classes at NYU and Brooklyn College.
