In the fall, the office works with faculty directors for each site on to plan the academic program, excursions, housing and activities. Evaluations and final reports from the previous summer are taken into account when determining the program for the following summer.

In the spring, faculty directors meetings are held to discuss each stage of the planning, including budgets, enrollment goals, the application process, policy and procedures, and registration.
