We respond to requests for services on a priority basis, with servers first priority, then faculty, then staff, then graduate assistant and lab machines. Within these priorities, responses are made first in, first out as resources permit.
- Network connectivity and server issues receive the highest priority.
- We do not work on privately owned computers, nor do we work on computers in private residences. Support is limited to NYU purchased equipment on NYU property.
- CIT strongly endorses compliance with all policies and practices for computer and Internet usage as defined by ITS.
