All requests for fee-based advertising must be initiated solely through the A&S Office of Communications. Requests made directly to the Office of Advertising and Publications (NYU's only authorized buyer of advertising media), will be automatically referred to our office. To avoid such delays and the increased possibility of missed deadlines, direct all initial requests for advertising to the A&S Office of Communications.

Our office will coordinate specialized advertising efforts in conjunction with the departments/program administrators and the Office of Advertising and Publications Services. Coordination includes consultation, retrieval or development of copy, proofing and editing, and securing the necessary approvals before engaging the Office of Advertising and Publications.
