Siobhán Kelly, née Moloney, grew up in a musical family in east County Clare and has been playing the wooden, "simple system" flute preferred by Irish traditionalists since she was a young girl. Her style meshes perfectly with the fiddle playing of her husband Willie, a Bronx native who learned from legendary music teacher Martin Mulvihill and has made acclaimed recordings with the late flute great Mike Rafferty and uilleann piper David Power.
