Bioinformatics Suites and Clusters
The Bioinformatics suites in the Center for Genomics and Systems Biology contain approximately 30 workstations and associated computers. The Center for Genomics and Systems Biology provides various computational clusters, workstations, and storage facilities in support of the Bioinformatics suites. Department-provided resources are described in detail at gencore.bio.nyu.edu.
NYU Centralized Clusters
To further support the bioinformatics initiatives at NYU's Center for Genomics and Systems Biology, the Center has partnered with NYU Information Technology Services to add computational capacity to NYU's large, centralized computational clusters. Biology and CGSB users receive priority access to these computational resources as part of this partnership. Resources provided by NYU ITS are described in detail at http://wikis.nyu.edu/display/NYUHPC.
Access to Computational Resources
Computational resources for Biology and the Center for Genomics and Systems Biology are maintained by John Bako. To inquire about access to these resources, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
